Women on the staff get a three-layer softshell at 270 g/m², lighter than the 340 models. Softshell is a stretch fabric: in this jacket, polyester and elastane outside and fleece inside. Transfer and screen printing, says SOL'S; embroidery would pierce the waterproof membrane, so only after a test. SOL'S says it is waterproof and breathable; six colours, from pepper red to forest green. The men's twin is called Radian Men.
