At 270 g/m² it sits below SOL'S heavier softshells: the slimmer three-layer men's jacket. Softshell means stretch fabric: here polyester and elastane outside and fleece inside, OEKO-TEX tested. SOL'S lists transfer and screen printing; embroidery pierces the membrane, the film that stops water. SOL'S declares it waterproof and breathable; cuffs and hem have a tone-on-tone elastic binding. The women's version is called Radian Women.
