The visor is mechanically shaped in the factory with a fixed curve. Classic sporty look. Embroidery directly on the visor is very difficult.
The curve is heat-set on the internal insert (visor stiffener) during production. The degree of curve varies: 'soft curve' (subtle), 'medium curve' (standard), 'hard curve' (strongly arched). The pre-curve is permanent and does not change with normal use.
