Not a t-shirt for those who want perceived quality or certified sustainability. It's a t-shirt for those who need large volumes, many colours, a tight budget and maximum consistency across bulk runs. The compact weave delivers good printability for high-volume — that is precisely its strength. Open-end yarn produces a slightly rougher surface than ring-spun: ink adheres well, but the hand feel is less soft than direct competitors.

The compact open-end weave is specifically optimised for high-volume screen printing: flat colours, high consistency between pieces, reliable results on large runs. White underbase required for dark colours. Tubular construction avoids seams that would interfere with the platen. Max area approx. 35x40 cm.
Good adhesion on compact cotton. Suitable for small runs across all colours with no limitations. Recommended alternative to DTG for dark colours on this t-shirt.
