Inner band that absorbs sweat. Premium versions use quick-dry technical fabric.
Fabric tape sewn inside the crown around the entire circumference. Absorbs sweat and prevents seams from rubbing against the forehead.
Standard height: 2.8–3.2 cm. Materials: cotton twill (classic), cotton towelling/terry (high absorbency), technical CoolMax/Cool&Dry polyester (quick-drying). Premium models include a layer of polyurethane foam (1–2 mm) to distribute pressure on the skull. Can be customised with the brand logo or text.
