145g ring-spun combed cotton: compact and uniform surface, good base for screen printing. White underbase required on Black Pure, Navy, Navy Blue, Royal, Asphalt, Burgundy, Forest Green, Radiant Purple. The 145g weight is sufficient but not optimal for artwork with heavy coverage — prefer flat colour graphics. Heather Grey (10% viscose) may react differently with some pastes: test recommended. Max area approx. 35x40 cm.
100% ring-spun combed cotton: excellent DTG surface, one of the best at this weight. Outstanding results on light colours. Pre-treatment required for dark colours. On Heather Grey (10% viscose) pre-treatment may react differently: test before production. The 145g weight may cause slight pilling after repeated washing.
