The tubular neck warmer (neckwarmer) is a seamless tube-shaped accessory worn around the neck. The seamless construction gives a comfortable, friction-free fit; its versatility (neck, headband, mini balaclava) distinguishes it from traditional scarves and balaclavas.
Construction is typically circular seamless knitwear or a stretch jersey tube. Materials range from technical polyester (moisture-wicking, quick-drying for outdoor activity) to Merino wool (warm and natural) to microfleece (ultra-soft). Customisation on these accessories is achieved with embroidery on the front panel (supported by an inner stabiliser) or with pre-construction all-over printing (more effective but requiring additional setup). Tubular accessories are particularly in demand as promotional kit paired with beanies in coordinated colours.
