The flat woven construction of the Freedom Basic-S is optimal for screen printing: the stable, continuous 43×25 cm surface allows high-definition full-width prints, impossible on knitted beanies or elastic neckwarmers. Flat screen printing is the primary technique for this product — ideal for large logos, full-print graphics and multicolour prints. The REPREVE® polyester holds plastisol and water-based inks with excellent fastness.
The 100% recycled REPREVE® polyester composition is fully compatible with sublimation. The flat woven surface allows full-colour, all-over prints with excellent chromatic result. Optimal on the White variant — on dark colours the result is altered by the base tone. Sublimation on this flat surface produces better results than on knitted beanies.
It is the right choice for high-volume promotional campaigns, winter outdoor events and sports brands looking for a functional accessory with a maximised graphic surface. The palette of 5 solid colours — White, Black, Navy, Red, Royal — covers the most common institutional combinations. It is not the right product for those after a premium look with visible texture or for those needing structured embroidery.
