The Yukon brings to the format the same feature that makes the Bolt distinctive among 6-panels: stretch recycled polyester twill. The fabric's mechanical elasticity delivers an adaptive fit a rigid twill cannot offer — the cap follows the head's movements without losing its structured . The comparison with the Gear-S (GEAS) — the catalogue's other GRS rPET 5-panel — clarifies the differences: the Gear-S has the 3D front weave and 4 colours; the Yukon has stretch twill with adaptive fit, printing available on the back too, and 5 neutral colours.

Back printing (6×4 cm) is an unusual customisation area for the catalogue's 5-panels: most models declare only on the back, not printing. Combining front printing (12×6 cm) with the back, the Yukon offers three declared customisation surfaces (front, side, back) with three different applicable techniques. The recycled guarantees the front stability needed for precise embroidery and printing.
