The Bolt is the baseball cap that resolves the historic tension between structure and comfort: 100% polyester with a mechanical stretch weaving technique delivers a front panel rigid enough for dense embroidery, yet elastic enough to adapt to movement without the constricting feel heavy structured twills cannot avoid. It is not a high-intensity sports visor — it is a baseball cap in every sense, with curved visor and mid profile, carrying the fit of technical sportswear.
The comparison with structured cotton twill models clarifies the positioning: with equal front structure, the Bolt is lighter (70 g versus the 85-105 g of heavy twills), more breathable, and doesn't accumulate moisture during prolonged use — the dry-tech sweatband actively manages sweat without cotton's absorption problems.
