Il twill di poliestere stretch strutturato regge il ricamo piatto con eccellente risultato: il pannello frontale ha la rigidità del buckram senza il peso del cotone. Area frontale 12×6 cm, partenza 2 cm dal bordo visiera. Laterali 8×6 cm per lato — tra le aree più ampie del catalogo nei 6 pannelli strutturati. Retro 8×3,5 cm. Nessun ricamo 3D puff: lo stretch meccanico del poliestere non supporta la tensione della schiuma.
La struttura buckram del pannello frontale in poliestere stretch è una base eccellente per patch woven, PVC o ricamate. La rigidità del pannello garantisce posizionamento preciso e termosaldatura duratura. Il poliestere tecnico regge il calore della pressa senza deformazioni. Max 7 cm per patch frontale.
