The circular-knit structure of the Workout-S supports embroidery on all four sides: 12×4.5 cm on front, back, right side and left side. The presence of the reflective thread does not interfere with the embroidery process, but you must check that the needle does not damage the reflective filaments in the decorated area. Cut-away stabiliser recommended. Recommended maximum depth: 40,000 stitches.
Woven or fabric patches applicable on the front panel via perimeter stitching. Heat-sealing is not recommended: heat could alter the reflective properties of the thread. Perimeter stitching is the recommended method.
It is the natural choice for running, trail-running and night-time outdoor brands wanting to distribute a gift with real, measurable utility. The three-colour palette is built on visibility: Fluo Orange and Fluo Yellow maximise perception in low-light hours, Black for those who prefer low-profile.
