The wide-rib single-layer flat-knit construction offers a voluminous, recognisable silhouette, with an adjustable that can be worn up or folded down. areas on front, back and sides reach 12×4.5 cm — consistent with the promotional beanie standard — with the need to calibrate stitch density so as not to crush the wide rib. The result is a beanie with a strong visual profile even without customisation, well suited to embroidering compact, stylised logos.

The wide rib of the Shore supports flat embroidery on front, back and side panels up to 12×4.5 cm. The wide rib requires careful calibration: stitch density 6-8 stitches/mm with a water-soluble stabiliser to prevent stitches from crushing the rib ridges and altering the beanie's visual texture. Prefer compact, stylised logos over artwork with many fine details. The front cuff offers an additional embroidery area visible when the beanie is worn folded down: check logo orientation relative to the cuff before production.
Woven or eco-leather patches applicable on the front via machine perimeter stitching. A rigid reinforcement base under the patch is needed to compensate for the knit's elasticity and prevent deformation. Recommended size: max 6×4 cm centred on the front. Do not apply patches on the cuff, which is subject to frequent folding.
It is the choice for brands looking for a premium cuffed beanie to communicate to their customers as a certified, safe product. It is not the right product for those after high thermal performance or a high-intensity sports beanie: the single layer is not designed for moisture management during intense physical activity.
