The Sonic-S brings the construction to the segment of -certified organic/recycled cotton trucker caps. The comparison with the Rapper Cotton-S (5 panels, same composition) clarifies its positioning: the Sonic-S offers superior rigidity, the visible centre seam that defines the 6-panel aesthetic, and a more visual presence — at the expense of the continuous front surface that makes the ideal for and full-width graphics.

The padded front panel in organic/recycled cotton blend supports up to 10×6 cm on each section of the front. The centre seam splits the front into two symmetrical sections — logos designed for a single section work perfectly; logos crossing the seam require stabilisation files on both sides. The rear ensures active breathability but is excluded from decoration. With 20 variants — including 4 fluo-on-dark-grey combinations — the Sonic-S is the only GRS-certified 6-panel trucker in the Atlantis catalogue with high-visibility colour variants.

Il pannello frontale supporta ricami fino a 10x6 cm senza distorsioni. Partenza 2 cm dalla visiera. La cucitura centrale divide il frontale in due sezioni — posizionare il ricamo su una sezione o usare file di stabilizzazione su entrambi i lati della cucitura. Il microsuede richiede stabilizzatore cut-away; densità punti ridotta per preservare la texture. Laterali ricamabili fino a 6×5 cm. Mesh posteriore non ricamabile.
DTF con cap press dedicata. Colori illimitati. Area 10x6 cm. Attenzione dye migration su mesh in rPET: usare transfer con barriera anti-sublimazione.
