In the Atlantis GRS-certified trucker cap catalogue, the Rapper Cotton-S holds a specific position: it is the model for those who want the softer hand of organic cotton on the front without giving up a wide colour palette and verified certification. The comparison with the Rapper-S clarifies its positioning: same 5-panel construction, same ReTraze® visor, but the front in organic/recycled cotton blend canvas offers a surface slightly softer to the touch than 100% rPET and takes structured, high-stitch-density embroidery better.
The blended canvas front panel — flat and with no centre seam — is the optimal print surface: the screen-printing squeegee glides without interruption across the full width of the front, DTF guarantees uniform adhesion up to 10×6 cm, and front embroidery works within the same size limit. The recycled polyester rear mesh provides active breathability but is excluded from any direct decoration technique. The GRS certification covers front, mesh and closure.
With 39 variants — among the widest palettes in the Atlantis GRS catalogue — the Rapper Cotton-S is the natural choice for brands and printers seeking maximum colour flexibility in a certified trucker: classic solid colours (white, black, navy, burgundy), front/mesh two-tones, natural variants (stone, khaki, brown) and fluo on black. It is not the right product for those after extreme fluo palettes on a light front: the cotton/polyester blend front does not support sublimation on the dark variants and pure white is only available as a component.
