The circular-knit structure of the Rio supports embroidery on all four sides: 12×4.5 cm on front, back, right side and left side. The recycled polyester has a homogeneous surface that ensures good stitch definition. Cut-away stabiliser recommended to preserve the knit's elasticity. Watch the Acid Green variant: check the compatibility of embroidery colours with bright threads on a light background to avoid loss of contrast.
Woven or fabric patches applicable on the front panel via perimeter stitching. Heat-sealing is not recommended on the elastic knit. For the Acid Green variant a dark fabric patch creates an effective graphic contrast.
It is the natural choice for brands needing to match the beanie to a specific institutional colour, or for projects where the palette is an integral part of the message. It is not the right product for those after fluo variants for high night-time visibility — for that function there is the Workout-S with reflective thread.
