Recy Five and Recy Six share fabric, weight and environmental profile, but you choose them for opposite reasons. The Five has 17 colours and a continuous front; the Six has 7 colours, the classic construction and an advantage with no rival in the segment: side panels embroiderable up to 10×6 cm per side — among the widest side areas in the catalogue. The centre seam of the 6 panels is the price of the classic construction: it splits the front in two areas and must be considered in the layout — symmetrical logos, distributed lettering or a that covers it entirely. Front works on 6×6 cm with the seam in the middle; crosses it without problems up to 12×6 cm. The environmental profile is declared honestly: recycled polyester without a third-party badge, documented under ISO 14067 — 0.477 kg CO2eq, -12% versus the virgin equivalent.

Partenza consigliata 2 cm dal bordo visiera.
La patch è la soluzione al vincolo della cucitura centrale: copre la giunzione e restituisce una superficie grafica continua sul frontale. Il pannello strutturato fornisce la base stabile per la termosaldatura; cucitura perimetrale di rinforzo consigliata. Dimensione massima raccomandata: 6 cm.
