In the recycled polyester cap segment the rule is almost always the same: sustainable material, sacrificed palette. The Recy Five flips it — 17 colours, more than the Gear-S (4) and Recy Six (7) combined: orange, light blue, white, burgundy, yellow, grey, khaki, brown, black, navy, olive, pink, red, royal, green, bottle green and a white-navy two-tone variant. For anyone who must match a club colour or a company Pantone, it is the one rPET model in the catalogue that almost certainly has it. The positioning is honest: no third-party GRS badge, but declared recycled polyester and a carbon footprint documented under ISO 14067 — 0.479 kg CO2eq, 12% less than the virgin equivalent.
The 5-panel construction works in printing's favour: the front panel is flat and has no centre seam, so screen printing and embroidery work on a continuous surface — embroidery up to 12×6 cm, starting 2 cm from the visor edge, sides at 6×5 cm and back at 8×3.5 cm. At 60 grams it is among the lightest caps in the catalogue: embroidered eyelets provide passive breathability and velcro removes size management.
It is the natural choice for sports teams, events and promotional campaigns where colour is a requirement, not a preference — and where volumes need one-size fit and fast front customisation. It is not the right product for anyone who must show a third-party certification in a tender: in that case the GRS-certified Gear-S is the alternative, with the reduced palette as the trade-off.

Il twill rPET leggero con occhielli traspiranti gestisce le attività all'aperto meglio del cotone. La palette di 17 tinte permette di replicare i colori del brand outdoor senza compromessi; la costruzione a 5 pannelli mantiene la forma.
Il vantaggio competitivo è la coerenza cromatica: il cappellino arriva già nel colore aziendale, il logo si stampa in un colore solo e il costo per pezzo scende. CO2 documentata da comunicare in campagna; manca solo il badge GRS per i capitolati più rigidi.
17 colori significano un colore per ogni team senza cambiare modello né fornitore. Velcro e taglia unica azzerano la logistica taglie; il frontale continuo accoglie il logo dell'evento in serigrafia rapida.
La palette ampia permette di allineare il cappellino ai colori esatti della divisa. Leggero e lavabile, regge l'uso quotidiano; il velcro però è meno formale della fibbia in metallo per contesti curati.
Nel welcome kit porta il colore aziendale esatto e una storia ambientale documentabile (rPET, CO2 -12% ISO 14067). Per kit premium con certificazione di terza parte, il Gear-S GRS è il gradino sopra.
Leggero, comprimibile e disponibile in tinte vivaci adatte ai gadget di destinazione — azzurro, giallo, verde. Il poliestere asciuga in fretta: funziona per il turismo attivo e balneare.
Le tinte ad alta visibilità — giallo, arancio, royal — rendono lo staff riconoscibile in spazi affollati, il velcro gestisce ogni morfologia e il prezzo da volume rispetta i budget associativi. Il ricamo frontale regge i loghi istituzionali.
Tinte vivaci e leggerezza per il merchandise estivo da palco. Il frontale continuo regge grafiche serigrafate a un colore con costi da volume. Manca l'effetto bicolore dei trucker che dominano il segmento festival.
La palette di 17 tinte copre i colori istituzionali di scuole e atenei meglio di qualsiasi altro modello rPET. Ricamo dello stemma sul frontale continuo; prezzo compatibile con le tirature studentesche.
Rosso, nero, navy e bianco coprono le livree classiche, ma la costruzione leggera da 60 g non ha la presenza scenica dei modelli strutturati che il settore preferisce — il Gear-S con trama 3D è più coerente con l'estetica racing.
I colori team ci sono quasi tutti, royal e rosso in testa. Il formato 5 pannelli però è meno iconico dello snapback a visiera piatta nell'estetica gaming; funziona per team con budget da volume.
Utile quando la community chiede un colore preciso che altri modelli non offrono. La costruzione leggera però posiziona il prodotto nella fascia promozionale: per il merch premium i creator preferiscono dad hat o modelli heritage.
La disponibilità cromatica è ampia ma la costruzione promozionale leggera non comunica il posizionamento premium che lo streetwear richiede. Più adatto a drop economici ad alto volume che a collezioni curate.
Il colore esatto del brand c'è quasi sicuramente, il poliestere si lava facilmente e il prezzo regge le divise ad alto turnover. Per locali con posizionamento premium la costruzione leggera è il limite.
Funziona per il merch da banchetto ad alto volume: colore della band, logo serigrafato, costo contenuto. Per il merch identitario il segmento preferisce trucker e dad hat.
Come regalo è una scelta funzionale più che emozionale: la personalizzazione del colore preferito del destinatario è il punto di forza, la costruzione promozionale il limite.
Pratico, leggero, in ogni colore: per gite, gruppi e uso quotidiano informale fa il suo lavoro senza pretese. Chi cerca un cappellino con più carattere troverà altro nel catalogo.
Leggero e lavabile per workwear estivo non gravoso; le tinte alta visibilità aiutano nei piazzali. Nessuna certificazione DPI: non sostituisce i dispositivi di protezione.
