The Gear-S answers a precise question: the Gear, but certified. The dual-material cotton-polyester model has the motorsport identity but cannot obtain single-material certifications; the Gear-S solves it by going fully GRS recycled polyester — twill on the crown, technical 3D-effect weave on front panel and visor (95% rPET, 5% elastane), recycled buckram, recycled sweatband and ReTraze® visor. The carbon footprint is declared under ISO 14067: 0.600 kg CO2eq, 15% less than the virgin-material equivalent. Not a claim: a verifiable figure.
The 5-panel construction is the operational advantage for printing: the front panel is flat and has no centre seam, with recycled buckram providing the rigid base. Embroidery reaches 12×6 cm without interruptions — ideal for horizontal logos and lettering — and the same continuous surface serves screen printing and patches. The 5% elastane on the front requires calibrated pressure in DTF; the 3D weave creates a textured background that makes patches and raised embroidery stand out.
It is the natural choice for automotive, tech and sports brands that must answer ESG targets without giving up a technical aesthetic: the 3D weave works in place of the logo. It is not the right product for anyone seeking a wide palette — four essential shades are the whole offer — nor for those wanting the original Gear's miniottoman carbon-look detail: the two models split the segment, dual-material aesthetics for the Gear, full certification for the Gear-S.

Per creator con estetica tech, sim-racing o performance la trama 3D è un elemento distintivo che il pubblico nota subito. Il frontale continuo da 12×6 cm regge loghi orizzontali; la storia GRS+CO2 è documentabile nei contenuti.
L'estetica tech-performance del Gear-S funziona per label urban-tech e activewear, meno per lo streetwear classico che preferisce cotone e costruzioni morbide. La trama 3D è il dettaglio che fa la differenza nelle foto prodotto.

Appeal nei contesti STEM, ingegneria e motorsport universitario (formula student). La trama 3D piace al target; la palette limitata però copre solo gli istituti con colori sociali tra bianco, nero, navy e rosso.
Asciugatura rapida e struttura che resiste alla valigia. L'estetica tecnica però è distante dal gadget turistico classico: funziona per destinazioni sport-oriented, non per il souvenir generalista.

Funziona solo per band con estetica elettronica, industrial o performance. La trama 3D è un elemento grafico interessante ma il formato baseball tecnico è lontano dai codici del merch musicale tradizionale.
Per appassionati di motorsport, sim-racing o tech il Gear-S è un regalo riconoscibile — la trama 3D si nota subito. Fuori da questi target l'estetica tecnica limita la versatilità.
La struttura robusta e il poliestere lavabile reggono il workwear leggero, ma non è certificato DPI e la trama 3D è un dettaglio estetico sprecato in ambiente industriale.
Cappellino solido e facile da mantenere, ma l'estetica tecnica e le 4 tinte limitate lo rendono una scelta di nicchia per l'uso quotidiano generalista.
