In the segment of winter beanies with a Polartec® lining, the Pier-S differs from the Bill-S in its palette: the same double layer in recycled polyester with a GRS-certified Polartec® lining, but with two additional fluo variants — fluo orange and fluo yellow — that broaden the positioning from standard winter gifts to high-visibility workwear and sports merchandise with visibility requirements. The construction is identical: outer rPET knit, recycled Polartec® lining, double-layer cuff.
For decoration, embroidery is the only compatible technique: front, back and sides up to 12×4.5 cm. The double-layer structure with the Polartec® lining makes embroidery visually more defined — the fleece back prevents the embroidery backing from showing through. On the fluo variants, the logo embroidered in dark thread creates an immediate visual contrast that amplifies brand visibility even in low-light conditions.
It is the natural choice for workwear with high-visibility requirements, construction sites, outdoor logistics, sporting events in poorly lit environments, and brands that want the comfort of the Polartec® lining combined with fluo visibility. It is not the right product for those after a wide neutral colour palette — dark grey, black and navy cover the dark tones, but the vivid colours are limited to fluo orange and yellow.
