The outer ribbed knit ensures stretch and adaptability to the head, while the Polartec® lining effectively retains heat. For decoration, the Bill-S is optimal for embroidery only: front up to 12×4.5 cm, back and sides at the same size. The double-layer cuffed structure is not compatible with screen printing, DTF or transfer — any heat- or pressure-based printing technique on knit produces uncontrollable results.
It is the natural choice for workwear brands, winter teams and seasonal gift campaigns after a beanie with real cold comfort. It is not the right product for those after a thin performance beanie or one to wear under a helmet: the Bill-S is voluminous, warm, with the cuff adding a layer of protection on the edge — designed for intense cold, not for high-intensity activity.
