In the promotional winter segment, the Bill-S holds a specific position: it is one of the few models in the Atlantis catalogue to combine an outer knit in with an inner , also in recycled polyester, all certified. The cuffed structure is the classic double-layer winter cap — but here both layers are rPET, making the sustainability claim consistent down to the lining.

The outer ensures stretch and adaptability to the head, while the Polartec® lining effectively retains heat. For decoration, the Bill-S is optimal for only: front up to 12×4.5 cm, back and sides at the same size. The double-layer cuffed structure is not compatible with , or transfer — any heat- or pressure-based printing technique on knit produces uncontrollable results.

What to expect on this specific product, technique by technique.
The cuff and crown in ribbed recycled-polyester knit support embroidery up to 12×4.5 cm without significant distortion. Using a tear-away or cut-away stabiliser under the knit is recommended to prevent the knit from loosening during processing. Front, back and sides embroiderable at the same size. The double layer with Polartec® lining makes embroidery visually more defined — the fleece back prevents stabiliser show-through. Start at 1.5 cm from the cuff edge. Not compatible with 3D puff embroidery.
Woven, PVC or eco-leather patches applicable via perimeter stitching on the front or sides. Heat-sealing is not recommended on knit fabric — stitching only. Maximum recommended size: 6 cm wide so as not to alter the cuff's shape.
It is the natural choice for workwear brands, winter teams and seasonal gift campaigns after a beanie with real cold comfort. It is not the right product for those after a thin performance beanie or one to wear under a helmet: the Bill-S is voluminous, warm, with the adding a layer of protection on the edge — designed for intense cold, not for high-intensity activity.
