The double-layer circular knit in recycled polyester supports front and back embroidery up to 12×4.5 cm and sides up to 6×5 cm. A tear-away stabiliser is recommended to prevent the knit from loosening during embroidery on the kids' size. Ballpoint needles (75/11) for knit fabrics. Moderate stitch density — the kids' fabric is proportionally less rigid than the adult one. Check that the embroidery threads are certified for use on kids' products. Not compatible with 3D puff embroidery.
Woven or eco-leather patches applicable via perimeter stitching on the front. For kids' products prefer stitching to heat-sealing. Check the chemical safety of the patch materials for use on children's garments. Maximum recommended size: 4 cm.
