The structured front panel with recycled buckram on a 6-panel crown offers the best embroidery surface in the kids' range: a 9×4.5 cm front area — sized to the kids' crown to guarantee correct proportions. Sides embroiderable up to 8×4.5 cm — an unusual width for a kid model. Back up to 9×4.5 cm. The rigid buckram structure supports high stitch-density embroidery. The flat visor does not add customisation areas in this construction. No 3D puff embroidery, to guarantee panel durability in the reduced size.
Woven, embroidered or faux-leather patches applicable on the structured front via heat sealing reinforced with perimeter stitching. The rigid buckram structure is ideal for patches — maximum adhesion and no deformation. Maximum recommended size for the kids' fit: 5-6 cm.
