The combination of structured front and flat brim is the perfect base for patches, an iconic element of the snapback style: the buckram holds the patch perfectly flat and large-format. Woven, PVC, rubber or embroidered patches can be applied by heat sealing, reinforceable with a perimeter stitch. The patch covers the underlying seams.
The structured front with recycled buckram is the ideal condition for embroidery: it holds flat embroidery up to 12×6 cm and also supports 3D puff, the raised effect that needs a rigid base under the foam. Recommended start 2 cm from the visor edge. Sides up to 10×6 cm, back up to 8×3.5 cm. The polyester twill holds the stitches well.
