Gear is born from a precise constructive intuition: using dual-material as a design element, not a compromise. The cotton twill main fabric forms the back and side crown, while the front panel and visor are in polyester miniottoman with 2% elastane — the same weave used in motor racing circuits for driver suits, with fine-rib texture resembling carbon fibre. The result is a cap that changes appearance depending on the angle of observation. Gear has no environmental certifications — the dual-material construction (cotton + polyester) is not compatible with the main single-material certifications like GOTS. For a motorsport cap with a sustainable profile, the structured rPET Bond-S is the indicated alternative.
