The soft, Buckram-free structure requires a rigid support hoop to maintain correct tension during stitching. Designs with not-too-dense stitching are recommended to preserve the denim texture. Start from the brim edge: minimum 1.5 cm.
The patch is particularly consistent with the denim aesthetic: woven, embroidered or eco-leather patches integrate naturally with the fabric. Application via perimeter stitching is recommended on the brim and side panels. Heat-sealing on the curved brim is not recommended.
