Embroidery with 3D relief. Logo that 'pops out' of the fabric. Structured caps only.
Embroidery with foam under the stitches that creates a three-dimensional raised effect. Premium and impactful look. Only on structured caps with rigid buckram.
A layer of EVA foam (2–5 mm) is placed on the fabric before embroidery. Fill stitches are sewn over the foam, partially compressing it and creating the visible relief. Not suitable on unstructured caps (the foam distorts the soft panel). Not suitable on mesh.
