The Pilot is the baseball cap you recognise by touch before sight. Heavy brushed cotton twill produces a peach-touch surface: soft, slightly velvety, matte. The brushing process opens cotton fibres creating a surface that absorbs dyes differently from untreated twill, with deeper colours and a natural patina that improves with use. The Pilot's seasonal positioning is autumn-winter: the brushed texture and deep colour palette — black, navy, khaki, olive — respond to a winter brief that smooth twill models cannot cover as well. No environmental certifications: conventional cotton.
