The full-length YKK metal zip (antique silver finish) is covered by an internal flap, allowing decoration across the entire front surface without interruption — a significant advantage for , and . 100% cotton outer surface guarantees excellent screen printing results. The covered zip eliminates surface discontinuities, allowing a continuous front graphic without interruptions — a unique advantage. White underbase required on Black, French Navy, Bottle Green, Burgundy, Convoy Grey, Bright Royal. The 20% internal polyester requires attention to curing temperature to avoid dye migration. Light Oxford (marl): test recommended. Max area approx. 40x45 cm thanks to the covered zip.
Excellent adhesion on the cotton outer surface. The covered zip allows DTF application across the entire front surface without interruptions. First choice for small-to-medium runs on all 10 colours. No dye migration risk.
