The Authentic Hooded Sweat kids by Russell is the children's version of the 280 g/m² 3-layer fabric hoodie: 80% combed ring-spun cotton and 20% polyester internally, with a 100% cotton outer surface for optimal printability. Compared to the adult version there are important construction differences for safety: no drawcords on the hood, double-lined hood without drawstring. Added 1x1 rib with elastane on hem and cuffs for shape recovery, and brushed inner for extra warmth. The palette is reduced to 6 institutional colours. Sizes follow European sizing in cm (104–164). only: no eco supply chain certification.

100% cotton outer surface: excellent screen printing results identical to the adult versions. White underbase required on Black, French Navy, Bottle Green, Burgundy, Bright Royal. Max area reduced vs. adult versions for children's sizes (approx. 25x30 cm). The 20% internal polyester requires attention to curing temperature to avoid dye migration. Side seams require attention to platen positioning.
First choice for small-to-medium runs on all 6 colours. Excellent adhesion on the cotton surface. No dye migration risk. Ideal for personalisation with names or numbers on children's sizes.
