Front area 12×4.5 cm — the generous width (12 cm) is unusual for a beanie and allows well-sized horizontal logos. Back 12×4.5 cm. Sides 6×5 cm. The cuff is an additional embroiderable zone on the visible outer band. Critical caution: the technical feed explicitly advises against multiple embroideries on the same item so as not to compromise the knit's elasticity — prefer a single customisation point per item. Stabilising backing mandatory. Not compatible with 3D puff embroidery.
Woven or embroidered patches applicable via perimeter stitching on the front or cuff. Heat sealing is not recommended on elastic knit — high temperatures can damage the recycled polyester structure. Hand stitching guarantees adhesion without compromising elasticity. Maximum recommended size: 6×4 cm.
