In the Atlantis promotional cap catalogue, the Techno Flap-S covers a space almost no other model addresses: cold and rain. While most baseball caps are made for warm weather, this is a winter cap in every respect — ear flaps that cover the ears, a recycled and with a PFC-free treatment. Compared to the Snow Flap Stopper-S, the closest model in the range, it has an , softer that is more comfortable to wear for long periods.

The unstructured construction has a soft front panel, with no rigid reinforcement, that follows the shape of the head. Front printing reaches up to 6×5 cm while staying inside the panel, without crossing the centre seam; on the sides the area is 6×5 cm for and 6×4 cm for transfer. The choice of technique, however, needs thought: is not recommended, because the needle holes would pierce the waterproof treatment and let water through exactly where protection is needed. transfer is the recommended route, applied with a dedicated press and low-temperature adhesive so as not to damage the nylon coating.

Il transfer DTF è la tecnica consigliata su questo cappello: applicato con pressa dedicata, regge su nylon senza problemi di registro. Area frontale fino a 6×5 cm restando all'interno del pannello, senza attraversare la cucitura centrale; laterali fino a 6×4 cm. Usare adesivo a bassa temperatura per non danneggiare il trattamento waterproof del tessuto. Colori illimitati, nessuna quantità minima.
La serigrafia è possibile sul pannello frontale fino a 6×4 cm e sui laterali fino a 6×5 cm, ma richiede inchiostri specifici per nylon trattato. Limitata a 1-2 colori per garantire il registro sulla superficie destrutturata. La cucitura centrale del 6 pannelli interrompe eventuali grafiche continue sul frontale.

It is the right choice for those distributing caps in autumn and winter: outdoor events, mountain tourism, skiing, team activities and outdoor volunteering when temperatures drop. The elastic drawcord with toggle and the one-size fit remove size management on large groups. It is not the right product for summer, for high-intensity sport where ventilation is needed, or for anyone after bright colours: the palette is just four dark shades made for the cold.
