The ivy cap shape does not provide a continuous embroiderable front panel like a standard baseball cap. The main embroidery areas are the back (10×6 cm — the widest area, accessible with a standard hoop) and the side panels (6×5 cm). Front embroidery is not available with a standard cap hoop because of the ivy construction. The brushed twill without buckram requires a mandatory stabilising backing. Not compatible with 3D puff embroidery.
DTF transfer applicable on the front (7×6 cm — the front area available for transfer in the ivy construction), back (7×6 cm) and sides (7×6 cm). The front zone requires a cap press with a specific adapter for the ivy shape. Brushed cotton ensures good transfer adhesion.
