The Snow Flap Stopper is the sibling of the Snow Flap Stopper-S (SNSS): here the whole cap is polyester fleece, with built-in fold-away ear flaps that tuck into the when not needed. The SNSS instead has a -certified shell with recycled fleece ear flaps. What they share: the fully closed drawcord-and-stopper closure and the curved recycled visor. The difference is twofold: a warm fleece body versus a waterproof shell, and conventional PES versus GRS-certified rPET.

The build is 6 panels: the front panel is soft, without rigid , meaning the front area (12×6 cm) requires cut-away backing to guarantee quality and stability. The is — the same material as the cap, not a separate cotton or rPET component — a construction choice simplifying the composition but reducing absorption comfort versus dedicated sweatbands.

La patch su PES destrutturato è la tecnica più affidabile: la termosaldatura con cucitura perimetrale garantisce tenuta anche sul pannello morbido. Max 6 cm frontale per garantire la stabilità.
Il pannello frontale destrutturato in PES richiede backing cut-away (min. 80 g/m²) e ago SES per il ricamo. La struttura morbida è meno stabile del buckram strutturato — tensionamento attento sul telaio dedicato da cappellino. Frontale 12×6 cm. Laterali 8×5 cm. Retro 8×3,5 cm.
