The circular knit in recycled polyester supports embroidery on front, back and sides up to 12×5 cm — an area slightly more generous than other cuffless beanies in the catalogue. The integrated reflective thread does not interfere with embroidery but requires a cut-away stabiliser with no metallic or reflective elements that could activate reflection uncontrollably. Ballpoint needles (80/12). Moderate density to preserve the knit's elasticity. Not compatible with 3D puff embroidery.
Woven, PVC or reflective patches applicable via perimeter stitching on the front or sides. Reflective or 3M patches integrate coherently with the fabric's reflective thread, amplifying the product's visibility function. Heat-sealing not recommended — stitching only. Max size 5 cm.
It is the natural choice for night runners, cyclists, walkers, outdoor staff and workwear brands after technical headwear with certified visibility and a reduced environmental footprint. It is not the right product for those after a purely aesthetic beanie with no technical function — the reflective thread is visible in the fabric and characterises the product's appearance even by day.
