rPET corduroy behaves very differently from smooth twill under : stitches integrate into the corduroy texture, creating a visual depth effect that amplifies the embroidery's perceived quality. The front area (12×6 cm) on a soft requires cut-away backing and careful tensioning — corduroy lacks the front rigidity of models. The flexible flat visor is recovered from decommissioned fishing nets via : a measurable sustainability detail.
