The Severny is the cap that didn't exist in the catalogue before it: GRS-certified recycled polyester corduroy, a flexible flat visor (not rigid like classic flat-brim snapbacks), and a soft crown that adapts to the head. The combination of these three elements creates an aesthetic that belongs to the American corduroy tradition of the '70s and '80s — reinterpreted with certified recycled materials and contemporary construction. It isn't a baseball cap in the technical sense: it's the cap filling the space between the unstructured dad hat and the urban flat brim.

rPET corduroy behaves very differently from smooth twill under embroidery: stitches integrate into the corduroy texture, creating a visual depth effect that amplifies the embroidery's perceived quality. The front area (12×6 cm) on a soft crown requires cut-away backing and careful tensioning — corduroy lacks the front buckram rigidity of structured models. The flexible flat visor is recovered from decommissioned fishing nets via ReTraze®: a measurable sustainability detail.
