The construction is with a front and recycled . The rigid front panel is a top-quality personalisation surface: front reaches up to 12×6 cm and, thanks to the buckram, also supports 3D . Front printing stays within 6×4 cm without crossing the six-panel centre seam; the sides host printing up to 6×5 cm and transfer up to 6×4 cm. The white variant is also a good base for , which renders full-colour on polyester. Note: the composition may vary slightly by batch, as indicated on the inner label.

Il fronte strutturato con buckram riciclato regge il ricamo frontale fino a 12×6 cm, anche in rilievo 3D puff. Laterali ricamabili fino a 8×6 cm, retro fino a 8×3,5 cm. Partenza consigliata 2 cm dal bordo visiera. Sul tessuto elasticizzato mantenere una tensione di telaio adeguata per evitare deformazioni.
Il transfer DTF rende bene su poliestere con pressa dedicata: fronte fino a 6×5 cm restando entro il pannello senza attraversare la cucitura, laterali fino a 6×4 cm. Colori illimitati, nessuna quantità minima.
