In the Atlantis promotional baseball cap catalogue, the Reflect-S has a function few other models offer: visibility in low-light conditions. The reflective piping on the visor and closure, together with the recycled reflective fabric, bounces back the light from headlamps and lamps, making the wearer more visible in the dark. It is not a hi-vis cap certified as PPE, but a baseball cap that adds a concrete margin of safety for those walking, running or working on the road when evening falls.
The construction is 5-panel with a structured front and recycled buckram, in recycled polyester twill with a PFC-free water-repellent treatment. The rigid front panel is a top-quality personalisation surface: front embroidery reaches up to 12×6 cm and, unlike unstructured models, here the buckram also supports 3D raised embroidery. Front printing stays within 6×5 cm without crossing the seam, while the sides host screen printing up to 6×5 cm and transfer up to 6×4 cm. One precaution only: personalisation must not cover the reflective piping, or the very function that sets the model apart is lost.
It is the right choice for companies and organisations in workwear, logistics, road safety, evening events and outdoor sport where visibility matters. The structured front also makes it an excellent base for well-defined embroidered logos. It is not the right product for those after light or bright colours — the palette is four dark shades chosen to make the reflective details stand out — nor for anyone wanting a soft, unstructured fit.
