02 — Manifesto

We analyze it like an editorial team would. We don't sell it.

In the outdoor and movement baseball cap segment, the Nomad-S solves a practical problem that snapback-only models do not address: the wind. The rear elastic drawcord with recycled toggle locks the cap in place without squeezing, allowing precise adjustment to head circumference even during intense physical activity. A construction solution that brings it closer to a technical hiking hat than to a standard promotional baseball cap.

The 6-panel unstructured construction in GRS-certified recycled polyester microfibre offers extreme lightness — 62 grams — and adequate breathability for prolonged outdoor use. UPF 50+ protection is declared in the composition. The rear neck shade pairs functionally with the curved ReTraze® visor for all-round sun protection. The front panel without a centre seam allows embroidery up to 12×6 cm, with a recommended start 2 cm from the visor.

It is the choice for tour operators, hiking guides and outdoor brands that want a light, technical cap with certified material. The two-colour palette — khaki and olive — aligns with the natural aesthetic of outdoor brands. It is not the right product for anyone after a wide colour range or a structured build for 3D puff embroidery: the unstructured crown and the two colours alone define its scope of use.

01
Embroidery· Molto buono
78%
The unstructured 6-panel crown supports embroidery up to 12×6 cm on the front, with a recommended start 2 cm from the visor edge. The absence of buckram requires a stabilising backing to ensure correct tension during embroidery. Sides embroiderable up to 10×6 cm — a wide area for an unstructured model. Back 8×3.5 cm. The soft structure is not compatible with 3D puff embroidery, which requires a structured panel and buckram.
Max area 12x6
02
Patch — Woven / PVC / Faux leather· Molto buono
70%
Woven or embroidered patches applied with perimeter stitching on the front or side panels. A patch is recommended over direct printing because it covers the front seam, guaranteeing a continuous graphic area. Heat sealing is less suitable on light microfibre: prefer perimeter stitching. Recommended size: max 6 cm.
03
DTF — Direct to Film· Sufficiente
68%
Read the technical analysis
DTF transfer applicable on the side panels (6×4 cm) and on the front within a single panel (6×5 cm with a dedicated cap press, without crossing the centre seam). The unstructured crown requires care when pressing to avoid fabric distortion. The polyester microfibre ensures good transfer adhesion.
Max area 6x5
04
Screen printing· Sufficiente
62%
Read the technical analysis
Screen printing is applicable on the side panels (6×5 cm) where the surface is sufficiently flat. On the front, printing is only possible within a single panel without crossing the central front seam (6×4 cm area). The unstructured crown reduces the continuous surface available compared with structured models. Maximum 1-2 colours.
Max area 6x5Max colors 2
05
Sublimation· Non compatibile
0%
Read the technical analysis
Although the 100% recycled polyester composition is technically compatible with sublimation, the unstructured construction and the rear neck shade make uniform heat application for all-over sublimation impossible. Partial sublimation on single panels is not recommended due to colour inconsistency between treated and untreated areas.
06
DTG — Direct to Garment· Non compatibile
0%
Read the technical analysis
The three-dimensional shape of the 6-panel crown and the front seam prevent uniform contact with the print head. For digital printing use DTF with a dedicated cap press, limiting the area to the single front panel.

Certifies that the recycled content declared in this product is authentic and traceable through the production chain. Applies to all types of recycled material: polyester, cotton, nylon, wool. Outdoor & corporate sports

The Nomad-S is designed for movement: the elastic drawcord keeps the cap on even in strong wind, the rPET microfibre is light and breathable, and UPF 50+ protection is adequate for high-altitude hikes. GRS certification aligns with the values of sustainable outdoor brands. The khaki-olive palette is the colour combination of European outdoor.

Ideal

Tourism & travel

Tour operators, nature parks and outdoor hospitality venues will find in the Nomad-S a promotional gift with real utility: light, packable, with declared sun protection and a wind-proof closure. The natural palette aligns with the aesthetic of many eco-tourism destinations. The CO2 figure (0.459 kg/item) can be communicated as part of a responsible hospitality philosophy.

Ideal for trekking, hiking and environmental protection associations looking for a light, certified cap for their members. The elastic drawcord is a functional requirement for activities at altitude or in windy conditions. The adjustable one-size fit covers volunteer variability.
The elastic drawcord is the main advantage for runners: it stops the cap flying off during high-intensity training. The 62 g weight is among the lowest in the baseball cap catalogue. UPF 50+ protection matters for open-air races in full sun exposure.
Suitable for athletics, trail running, cycling and outdoor sports teams. The drawcord closure is more secure than a snapback during intense physical activity. The limited palette restricts options for teams with institutional colours.
The GRS + UPF 50+ + wind-proof drawcord combination positions the Nomad-S as a technical gift with real utility — not just logo visibility. Suitable for companies in the outdoor, energy, agricultural and environmental sectors that want to communicate technical competence beyond the brand.
Suitable for team building with outdoor activities in windy locations — mountains, seaside, open-air events. The elastic drawcord is practical for group distributions where you don't want to chase caps blown away.
For family use it is a practical option for outdoor holidays and trekking. The elastic drawcord is appreciated even by older children during activities on the move. The adult one-size fit covers adults and teenagers.
The elastic drawcord is useful at windy outdoor festivals. The khaki-olive palette suits festivals with a nature or folk aesthetic. Less suited to festivals with a colourful or urban aesthetic.
It works in welcome kits for companies with an outdoor, hiking or environmental culture. The natural palette and technical aesthetic do not suit urban corporate contexts.
The institutional logo embroiders well on the front panel. The outdoor aesthetic appeals to students of environmental science faculties, but the limited palette reduces versatility for general university merchandise.
As a gift it works for trekking, camping and hiking enthusiasts. The khaki-olive palette is appreciated by outdoor lovers, less versatile for other contexts.
Suitable for farm stays, mountain resorts and outdoor hospitality venues with a strong nature connotation. Not suitable for urban restaurants or venues with an aesthetic other than outdoor.
The technical-outdoor aesthetic and two-colour palette limit streetwear appeal. It works for brands with an outdoor-lifestyle or gorpcore positioning.
For creators the Nomad-S has a niche positioning: it works for creators with a strong outdoor, hiking or nature focus. The two-colour palette limits custom branding options.
Suitable as a uniform for hiking guides, nature park staff and outdoor operators. Not suitable for indoor service contexts or formal hospitality.
The technical outdoor aesthetic does not suit standard music merchandise. It works for bands with a strong folk, rural or nature connotation.
The outdoor-trekking aesthetic does not align with motorsport identity. It could work for automotive brands with an adventure or off-road positioning.
The light unstructured construction is not designed for industrial environments with specific safety requirements. It does not replace certified PPE.
The technical outdoor aesthetic and neutral palette do not match the visual identity of gaming.
