The double-layer ribbed-knit cuffed construction is the classic winter cap — soft to the touch, elastic, with the tactile naturalness of organic cotton that immediately sets it apart from polyester. is the only compatible customisation technique: front, back and sides up to 12×4.5 cm. Organic cotton is an excellent embroidery substrate — a stable natural fibre, good stitch hold, vivid colours against dyed cotton.

The double-layer ribbed-knit organic cotton is an excellent embroidery substrate: a stable natural fibre, good stitch hold, well-contrasted thread colours on the dyed cotton. Front, back and sides up to 12×4.5 cm. A cut-away stabiliser under the fabric is recommended to support the knit during embroidery. Ballpoint needles (80/12) for knit fabrics. Start at 1.5 cm from the cuff edge. GOTS-certified organic cotton recommends using embroidery threads free of heavy metals and azo dyes to maintain consistency with the GOTS standards on the finished product. Not compatible with 3D puff embroidery — the cotton knit does not provide enough support for the padding.
Woven or organic-cotton patches applicable via perimeter stitching on the front or sides. To maintain consistency with the GOTS certification, prefer patches made of certified organic or compatible materials. Heat-sealing is not recommended on organic cotton knit — stitching only. Maximum recommended size: 5 cm.
