In the cuffless promotional segment, the Moover-S is one of the Atlantis catalogue models with the dual and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification. The double-layer circular-knit construction with no ensures a clean, snug silhouette — lower than cuffed beanies, with a modern profile suited to sports use as well as promotional gifts and light workwear. The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification tests the finished product against over 1,000 potentially harmful substances, a concrete guarantee especially for gifts distributed in large quantities to mixed audiences.

Customisation is possible via on front, back and sides up to 12×4.5 cm — the same dimensions as the adult Bill-S and Birk. The circular knit with no side seams creates a continuous surface with no interruptions, easing embroidery placement. No direct printing technique is applicable on the knit.

The cuffless double-layer circular knit supports front, back and side embroidery up to 12×4.5 cm. The absence of side seams (circular knit) is an advantage for embroidery placement: no interruption of the backing. A cut-away or tear-away stabiliser under the fabric is recommended to prevent the knit from loosening. Ballpoint needles (75/11 or 80/12) for knit fabrics. Moderate stitch density to preserve the knit's elasticity. The dual GRS + OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification recommends using certified embroidery threads to maintain consistency of the guarantees on the finished product. Not compatible with 3D puff embroidery.
Woven, PVC or eco-leather patches applicable via perimeter stitching on the front or sides. Heat-sealing not recommended on knit — stitching only. To maintain consistency with the product's OEKO-TEX® certification, prefer patches with verified materials. Maximum recommended size: 5 cm.
It is the natural choice for high-volume promotional campaigns, sports teams, seasonal workwear and large-group distributions after a certified beanie with a clean cuffless silhouette. It is not the right product for those after a winter beanie with high thermal insulation or an extra — the Moover-S is a light model, suited to moderate cold and to indoor or semi-indoor environments.
