In the technical and sustainable baseball cap segment, the Maui holds a distinctive position thanks to its material: textile-to-textile , regenerated from textile waste rather than PET bottles. It's a rarer and technically more complex recycling chain that recovers fiber from fiber while keeping certification. At 54 grams it's one of the lightest models in the range.

It's a cap designed for movement and heat. This has a direct consequence on customization: the front is optimized for print — a dedicated 9×4 cm area for screen print, or — while finds space on the sides up to 12×6 cm and on the back. Sublimation, possible thanks to the polyester, allows the photographic, unlimited-color result that cotton can't.

DTF transfer is excellent for multicolor or detailed graphics: front up to 9×4 cm and side up to 6×1.2 cm with a dedicated cap press. Unlimited colors, no minimum quantity. On light, ventilated fabric check temperature and pressure so as not to crush the laser holes.
Textile-to-textile recycled polyester is the ideal substrate for sublimation: the dyes bond chemically to the fiber giving a photographic, unlimited-color result, with no thickness to the touch and no cracking. Optimal on the front and sides in light tones. Best result on White; on dark tones the effect is limited by the nature of the process.
