In the promotional segment, the Maple occupies a distinct space versus standard acrylic models: the fibre is a composite technical yarn with reduced environmental impact, with one of the highest CO2 footprint reductions in the Atlantis catalogue. It is not wool, not conventional acrylic — it is a material that combines the softness typical of premium garments with measurable technical characteristics.

The circular-knit cuffed construction ensures a universal, stable fit, with an inner that completes the comfort. The area is identical on all four sides (12×4.5 cm), a rare feature in beanies that opens multi-position customisation scenarios — front, back, left side and right side are all embroiderable at the same size. , , and DTG are not compatible with the elastic knit structure.

A verdict for each one.
What to expect on this specific product, technique by technique.
The circular-knit structure of the Maple supports embroidery on all four sides with the same available area: 12×4.5 cm on front, back, right side and left side. The Polylana® yarn has a homogeneous surface that allows good stitch definition. Cut-away stabiliser recommended to preserve the knit's elasticity. No deformation issues on the cuff. Recommended maximum depth: 40,000 stitches to avoid stiffness.
Woven or fabric patches applicable on the front panel via perimeter stitching. Heat-sealing is not recommended on the elastic knit due to the risk of damaging the Polylana® fibres. The patch covers the front embroidery area and adds visual thickness that enhances the product.
It is the right choice for brands wanting a beanie with perceived quality above entry level, with a technical material story to tell. The palette of 8 colours — from deep dark tones to grey and bordeaux variants — covers the premium winter merchandise tier. It is not the right product for those after a cotton or natural-wool beanie, or for large economy runs.
