The soft crown and the 6-panel construction have a direct consequence on front customization: the central seam dividing the two front panels limits decoration, and the spec indicates printing within the front panel, in an area of 6×5 cm, without crossing the central seam. Front decoration is therefore more contained than on a single front; printing and transfer also find space on the sides. The recycled polyester also makes the model compatible with .

What to expect on this specific product, technique by technique.
100% recycled polyester makes this model compatible with sublimation, which bonds the dyes directly into the fiber for a permanent result, unlimited colors and no hand feel. It's one of the few techniques that fully exploit the rPET fiber. Ideal on light grounds like White; on dark grounds the result is limited by the nature of the process.
DTF transfer applies well within the front panel and on the sides up to 6×4 cm, with a dedicated cap press. Unlimited colors, no minimum quantity, excellent results on recycled polyester for multicolor logos and detailed graphics. As with printing, front decoration should be kept within the single panel so as not to cross the central seam.
It's the right choice for those seeking an rPET with a soft, informal fit, lightweight and sustainable, with decoration on the front panel or sides. It isn't the right product for those seeking large full-front decoration or : the 6-panel unstructured construction favors in-panel printing and the sides.
