In the Atlantis promotional baseball cap catalogue, the Iraya is the only one with a aesthetic. It is a recycled cotton jeans cap, with the diagonal weave and worn look typical of the fabric. The difference from any other denim lies in the dyeing: Indigo technology reduces water, energy and chemical consumption compared to traditional denim dyes — a verifiable process figure, not a generic sustainability claim. The tone-on-tone stitching keeps the look clean and leaves all the room for personalisation.

The construction is with a soft that adapts to the head without constricting. The denim front is a good surface both for — up to 12×6 cm, in flat version — and for front printing, also up to 12×6 cm. The organic cotton adds comfort against the skin. As it is a dyed denim, on the darker pieces it is good practice to expect slight colour transfer on first use, as with any jeans.

Il denim di cotone regge bene il ricamo piatto fino a 12×6 cm sul fronte e 6×5 cm sui laterali. La corona morbida destrutturata non supporta il ricamo 3D puff, che richiede un fronte rigido con buckram. Partenza consigliata 2 cm dal bordo visiera. Retro fino a 8×3,5 cm.
Patch woven, in ecopelle o jeans particolarmente coerenti con l'estetica denim. La termosaldatura garantisce adesione permanente rinforzabile con cucitura perimetrale. La patch è una scelta naturale per il look casual del modello.
