The structured front panel with recycled buckram is the ideal embroidery surface: 12×6 cm area without distortion, recommended start 2 cm from the visor edge. Sides embroiderable up to 12×6 cm — an unusual width for a 5-panel baseball cap. Back up to 8×3.5 cm. The rigid structure also supports high stitch-density embroidery with no risk of deformation. Caution: the reflective bands on the sides require a hoop with suitable backing so as not to disturb the reflective surface.
DTF transfer applicable on the front (8×6 cm with a dedicated cap press) and sides (6×4 cm). The recycled polyester surface ensures good transfer adhesion. Watch out for dye migration on polyester: use transfers with an anti-sublimation barrier for fluo variants. Do not apply DTF on the reflective bands.
