The dense canvas weave ensures good stitch definition without distortion. No rigid buckram: no 3D puff embroidery. Start at least 2 cm from the brim edge. Garment washing does not negatively affect embroidery quality.
The flat canvas of the front and back panel is the optimal surface for screen printing: 14×5 cm with no seam interruptions. The squeegee glides evenly over the dense recycled-polyester weave. Maximum 2 colours to ensure registration on the brim curvature. The soft crown requires internal support during printing.
It is the natural choice for outdoor, hiking tourism and brands with adult audiences with variable fit needs. The palette is limited to two natural colours — khaki and olive — available in both sizes. It is not the right product for those after vivid colours, a wide palette or one size for distributions without size management.
