The twill offers continuous print surfaces on and side panels: 12×6 cm front for , 10×6 cm for direct with no seam interruptions. The self-fabric — the same material as the hat — removes internal contrasts and ensures a coherent finish across the whole piece. The -free structure means is not applicable, but flat embroidery over a wide area works well.

The recycled polyester twill supports flat embroidery up to 12×6 cm on front and back. Side panels accept up to 5×6 cm. Start at least 2 cm from the brim edge to avoid interference from the joining seam. The soft, Buckram-free structure rules out 3D puff embroidery: the fabric lacks the rigidity to hold the puff volume without distortion. Flat embroidery with medium density works best.
DTF transfer applicable on front (7×6 cm), back (7×6 cm) and sides (5×6 cm) with a dedicated cap press. The 100% recycled polyester composition ensures good transfer adhesion. Unlimited colours, no minimum quantity. Watch for dye migration during pressing: use moderate temperatures (150–160°C) to preserve the recycled fibres.
