The cuffless construction with a back dart is designed to reduce volume and keep the head cool: the recycled polyester fabric with elastane is more breathable than wool and snugger than a knit . For decoration, is the primary technique — front and left side up to 12.7×4.5 cm, back at the same size. The fabric's elasticity requires an adequate stabiliser during embroidery to avoid design distortion.

The stretch fabric 95% rPET + 5% elastane supports front and left-side embroidery up to 12.7×4.5 cm, with the back at the same size. The elastane in the fabric requires care during embroidery: a water-soluble or tear-away stabiliser under the fabric is mandatory to prevent design distortion caused by the elasticity. Ballpoint needles (75/11 or 80/12) for stretch fabrics are recommended to avoid cutting the fibres. Moderate stitch density: dense layers on stretch fabric can cause permanent distortion. The right side has no dedicated embroidery area per Atlantis specs — work only on the left side for side embroidery. Not compatible with 3D puff embroidery.
Woven or eco-leather patches applicable via perimeter stitching on the front. Heat-sealing on stretch fabric is not recommended — heat distorts the elastane. Stitching only. Maximum recommended size: 5 cm so as not to alter the Flash-S's snug fit.
It is the natural choice for sports brands, running, cycling and triathlon teams after a certified technical beanie to include in the race kit or athlete pack. It is not the right product for those after a warm beanie for intense cold or a casual city cap: the Flash-S is optimised for sports performance, not for thermal insulation and everyday low-activity use.
