We analyze it like an editorial team would. We don't sell it.

The mid visor is a recycled visor, the closure is a metal buckle with metal hole, the is self-fabric and the label is tear-away. Declared -22% CO2eq versus the category reference.

Two elements drive personalisation. The first is the construction, with a central seam on the front: this makes the prime technique full-front (12×6 cm), while printing and transfer stay within the single side panel of the front (6×5 cm) without crossing the seam, or on the sides. The second is the destroyed effect: the abraded surface and the frayed edges are the model's aesthetic heart, and a deliberately worn, imperfect-looking print integrates perfectly into the grunge look, while crisp, glossy artwork would betray its spirit.
Printing techniques.
A verdict for each one.
What to expect on this specific product, technique by technique.
It is the prime technique for this model: embroidery is applied full-front 12×6 cm starting 2 cm from the visor, crossing the central seam of the 6 panels, and anchors precisely into the cotton weave. Wide areas also on the sides (10×6 cm), the back (8×3.5 cm) and the closure (6×1.2 cm). The relief of embroidery dialogues well with the abraded surface of the destroyed effect.
Patches work well and overcome the central-seam constraint, sitting on top of the panels. Applied by stitching (preferable on the soft front) or by heat-sealing, on the front and sides, with embroidered, woven, rubber or leather patches. A worn-edge or vintage patch integrates best into the destroyed look.

It is the right choice for those seeking a cap with a grunge, openly worn-in aesthetic, in seven colours, to personalise with embroidery or worn-character prints. It is not the right product for those who want a flawless, new-looking item, a crisp, contrasting full-front print, or a tidy, uniform look: the destroyed effect, by definition, is irregular.

The destroyed effect is one of the strongest codes of streetwear and deconstructed workwear: the frayed edges, the abraded surface and the openly worn-in look are exactly what the grunge and alternative sector seeks. Embroidery and worn-edge patches enhance the look. An excellent base for streetwear capsules with a strong character.

Declared certifications.
And what they guarantee.
We list only third-party certifications declared by the manufacturer: some concern the environment, others the safety of substances or working conditions.
Certifies that the recycled content declared in this product is authentic and traceable through the production chain. Applies to all types of recycled material: polyester, cotton, nylon, wool. The percentage of recycled content stated in the composition is verified, not a marketing claim. It does not assess the environmental impact of the recycling process or working conditions in recycling facilities: it certifies the origin and traceability of the material, not how it was processed.
