On personalisation, the structured front is the ideal surface for full-front crest (12×6 cm); printing and transfer remain possible within the single panel (6×5 cm) without crossing the front stitching.

It is the technique of choice: the structured front supports full-front embroidery with a 12×6 cm area, starting 2 cm from the visor, keeping stitches crisp and in shape. Embroidery also on the sides 10×6 cm and on the back 8×3.5 cm; on the closure a 6×1.2 cm embroidery is possible. The polyester twill is a stable base for embroidery and the classic metal-buckle look enhances the embroidered crest.
The structured front is a good surface for applying patches, by heat-sealing or stitching. The rigid panel supports the patch without deforming. Suited to the front and sides, with embroidered, woven or rubber patches. The front patch pairs well with the cap's classic look.
